You can access the statistics page by navigating to https://labs.audits.io and clicking on the "Statistics" menu tab.
Once you get there you will see a form with "Rows", "Columns" and "Aggregate" fields.
The concept of pivot grid is that field values that you select as
rows will be on the Y-axis of the grid, and values of selected
columns will be on the X-axis, while the calculated data values will live at the intersection of those rows and columns. To generate a table with data, you need to specify at least one field for rows or columns.
Let's generate a table that will show the yearly average score of audits for each target. For that you need to select "Target" as a row, and "Year" as a column. The average score aggregate is selected by default. After selecting the fields, click on the "Generate" button.
This will generate a table that will look similar to this:
Now you can clearly see the average score for each target for each year.
Other aggregate types
Besides the average score there are 4 more aggregate types. You can choose between them by selecting the options in "Aggregate" drop down list:
This will return total number of audits for selected rows and columns. With our example the table will look like this:
Like audits count this will return total number of answers for selected rows and columns.
This one is similar to the average score, but instead of a score it will show human readable values.
If you want to calculate the number of each answer type this aggregate is way to go. Very useful in combination with "Question" field.
There is also a way to filter the data to show only specific part that we are interested in. To do so, click on the "Filters" to reveal the filter fields.
At this moment of writing, you can filter your data by:
- date starting from
- date to (until)
Let's narrow down our previous table to show average scores only for the
T-1000 target. For that click on the Target dropdown list from filter fields and select "T-1000":
After pressing the "Generate" button, table shows average scores only for the "T-1000" target:
Getting more sophisticated data
As you've might guessed, you can generate more sophisticated table by adding more rows and columns. Following combination will show quarterly total number of conducted audits grouped by year for each template in each target:
